Good support is an integral part of a good system. The monthly cost of the isisOne system includes access to the helpdesk support line. This is their to help you deal with problems that you may encounter, or even to help you to figure out the best way to do something.

An vital part of the support function, is monitoring the 'under the hood' elements of the system - Particularly the SQL Server and the VPN network. These need regular maintenance checks from skilled engineers to ensure the system is running with maximum efficiency.

Online Support Forum

Primary support for isisOne is part of the service provided by isis. The Support Forum is an additional resource that may provide some extra tips and advice about getting the most out of isisOne. isis staff do look at the forum regularly so please go ahead and post your questions, comments and suggestions.

Please comment on any part of the system that you would liked changed or enhanced. All suggestions will be considered and replied to. Any really good ideas will be incorporated into a future release of the system.
